Lots of issues - would love to use your product.
I was really excited to get my Pivo Pod and start using it. I watched several reviews before purchasing and so far am really disappointed. It’s a company made for video creators and yet they have no videos giving you a detailed explanation of how to use their products. In the pivo live app, I’ve still not been able to live stream in landscape mode. I was able to do it on their older Pivo play app, but that one doesn’t have a body mode, just face. I make Pilates and yoga videos so I need my body in the center not my face. Perhaps there’s a setting under the gear icon I need to hit to fix that, but the gear icon doesn’t work. I can see it being highlighted when I tap on it but it just takes me back to the previous screen. It also seems like the remote doesn’t work with all the apps. It certainly it’s working on the Pivo live one. A big suggestion I have is, there needs to be a way to set the phone up in the Pivo pod with the app running before it start tracking you. It’s incredibly difficult to get it at the right angle/mode/height with the pivo pod continuously rotating. Ideally you’d set the camera/pod up then get into shot, hit the record button on the remote and then it would start following you. I’m really hoping these things can be fixed because the idea of it is fantastic. It’s perfect for recording on your own and would be awesome for me but I can’t get it to work with no instructions or help. I’ve already reached out on your Facebook page to get help and haven’t been able to resolve these issues.
