I bought this full product 10 yrs ago and amazed people world wide with the stunning effects, and encourage beginners to use it. The product was tops on the market. I noticed the quality began dropping and some effects just would not work. What happened to you. The past four years the program will not open at all. Low blow, what's even more pathetic I will not delete the app hoping I had bad tech dream. Many people are not happy. Redeem yourselves.

This was my absolutely go to for to. The one frame I fell crazy in love with, stopped working 8 yrs ago. I was working on a funeral spread and it stopped working. The second problem is the quality of the end was incredibly. I am passionate about my work and there are many great frames, however At times I cry, because The standard of my finished product then, now is at best mediocre. I was one of the first to spread this program all over the world. I haven’t done anything because I disappointed with the photo and cell used being very unequal in quality. Creator you have a great project with just a small upkeep it will be the fabulous program that took my breath away. Thank you

I have complained many times but get no response. All I get is a black screen for the finished product. I paid to unlock everything.

The app is awesome, except for the fact that it took my payment for premium and still nothing is unlocked. Fix it, and you'll get my 5 stars.
