As such, the driver needs to be able to call me when they arrive since there are two possible entrances they can go to. However, I changed my phone number like a year ago and I still can’t change it within my account. It is grayed out on the website and it can’t be changed within the app at all. And if you call the local phone number to the store it goes to a call center first. Plus, they can only change the phone number for the order. It is really simple as far as the code goes, and you could change it for years, so why did they disable that capability? I know Pizza Hut wants to go retro, but let’s not have the website go back to the functionality it would have had in 2000. -- I am not telling you that., 2025-01-05 ### ****- "Ivan" Ivan like that you can pay with cash and card but my only downside is that you can’t cancel an order. -- Ivanthemonk, 2025-01-05 ### *---- "Broken" This app is plagued with bugs and issues, from not applying rewards points, to completely freezing up. The most recent issue is that on certain multiple pizza deals, it changes the crust type from whatever you selected to hand-tossed, and it does so as you finalize the order! The first time I thought it was a mistake on my part, so I just ate it, but today I triple checked everything before I finalized the order, and the same thing happened! You pay, and it flashes with the order time, and quickly changes to the delivery tracker. Order details now say hand-tossed for all crusts! The problem is that it goes to the store as though you ordered it that way, so the store won’t fix it, and the corporate help line tells you to call the store with problems. -- Frustrated trademaster, 2025-01-05 ### *---- "Very disappointed" I ordered a pizza and made a mistake that I wanted to set it up to be picked up in an hour and a half from when I ordered. I was put on hold for about 10 minutes and then hung up on… I checked the app and there was nothing on the app for my order, so I resubmitted the order orders on there. I went to the store to pick up my pizza and there was double the amount so I called back. In the app, I receive a count down for when my order will be ready and drive to the Pizza Hut location. The location doesn’t have my order. The app say “Ready for pickup” but location has nothing in their system. They ask me to check my email, Pizza Hut had not been able to proceed my transaction and had cancelled my order. Why was the app still indicating my order was ready? So that just makes the app obsolete since I can rack up points, it also for some reason does not register updating my payment options. Imediatamente reclamei pelo site e recebi a resposta da loja não concordando com a solicitação e alegando que não trabalha com bebida de 600 ml. Isso depois de receber foto da nota fiscal com esse item. A bebida estava no cardápio senão eu não conseguiria pedi-la, inclusive com preço diferente da lata. Fiquei indignada com a atitude da loja. Então me devolvesse a diferença de preço. Será que não trabalha também com bebida zero ou foi apenas mais um desserviço da loja?
