Stupid App no delivery notification pizza is cold

choose address from history which is 389A, but it will change to 328A without any reason, so the deliverywas fail!

Always pin wrong location and bad attitude of sender

After i choose my saved address but the app keep change my address to neighbour house . Make me cant order pizza .

No service at Johor and unavailable

The spin the wheel function doesn’t work , also I can’t track where the rider is , why can’t you guys make it like the grab app

I ordered my pizza at 1:09pm for takeaway in the app. It’s 2:34pm now and the app kept saying the pizza in the oven. I even checked with the cashier around 2pm and they didn’t clarify anything for me. I asked the last time and they gave me the pizza that’s been sitting on the side for a whole hour. Now my pizza is cold. Horrible app and cashier doesn’t help in Pizza Hut Sungai Long

10:05am order confirmed, money charged, after 12pm no response, called hotline twice also no feedback and response. Not to blame the staff. But the app too bad any annoying. Cannot update feedback and can only call to report.. how? Till now no one response! No star for this app

all delivery drivers always went wrong location despite my SAVED address is correct if type in Google map or waze. There are some bugs in your pizzahut app. they all went to the other roads nearby my house. no problem in other app. Maybe your app still captured the mobile location pin instead of use coordination by google map searched address or waze despite i typed in the full address. Tolong la betulkan balik. Nak bagi orang beli ke tak ni???
