Pizza Nova

For some ridiculous reason you can’t add more than 1 payment method. But the app doesn’t tell you this, it says payment method successfully added. But then you go to pay for an order and the payment method isn’t there. Over and over again, you click save card, add it, it says “payment successfully added!” But it’s not there. Only on the website does it show that you can’t add more than one payment method because…”reasons”? A loyalty program isn’t worth bad design.

Not sure who had this bright idea but when you start an order, choose the store BEFORE you create one. If you create it and then try to select a store, it allows you to pick a store but does not confirm it then continuously asks you to choose a store and check off that you will pick it up. If you don’t do this, you have to do your whole order all over again. Very frustrating!!

I am trying to order a pizza right not and the new update is so unusable I am not going to. I am trying so hard to give you money, but I can’t. What a nightmare.

A heads up to the devs: I you have your iPhone in zoomed display mode (settings->display & brightness->view->zoomed) the bottom of the store location screen gets cut off and makes ordering all but impossible. Have switch to “standard” to use app. Thx.

I’ve tried multiple times and upon checkout it tries to recommend additional items but if fails to load and just has the spinning circle.

The old app sucked, and it was a fight to get an order sometimes, but at least it worked 95% of the time. The new app is even worse. Every time I click on something I get the little loading circle and it sits there for 5 minutes not loading anything. I was finally able to get items into the cart after logging in/out, but then got stuck with the stupid loading circle on the “add stuff to your order screen” after clicking “checkout”. It’s been on that screen for the last 15 minutes. There is no reason an app should have this much trouble connecting to the server.

I’m thrilled to see the new enhancements including gift cards. The performance is soooooo bad. It took me almost 20 mins to order. The customizer is what takes a long time. Error messages are backend errors and not user friendly. Likely timeout issues. I’m happy to update this rating once performance issues are resolved. Thank you

Basically the title. Didn’t think it would be worse but it is. So slow, the wheel just keeps turning. It would almost be quicker to go in and order while waiting than to wait for the app.

Tried multiple times and cannot create a rewards account in the app. Keeps reverting to the email field although all criteria were met and show green check marks by each. Delete !

I’m totally loving Pizza Nova’s new app! It’s super user-friendly. I’m so excited that Pizza Nova has implemented a loyalty program. I appreciate the personalized touch, and getting 200 points for signing up is such a great bonus!
