Pizza Pizza

Takes 45 minutes for a cheese pizza and store is 5 minutes walking distance. They have horrible customer service and I don’t recommend them to anyone.

Apparently pizza pizza doesn’t deliver to my building. That’s fine except whenever I set the address it gives me an irrelevant error (something happened on our end, try again). This is done after you add your order and customize your pizza, so it’s super annoying to have to call then have the agent tell you that the address is outside the service range. Backend devs, do better error handling! Wasted a half hour at least with this issue.

The guy who made this app needs a raise please!!!

No other store has been so great at showing a kind and generous spirit. Who ever made our food deserves a raise… 🫶

App used to work just fine when I noticed today that it is charging 5 dollar extra for my usual order. It was charging me 9 dollars extra for 1.5 extra toppings. I decided to call and order and see if the price has actually changed. As I suspected, it was exactly same I used to pay and app is charging me 5 dollars extra for no reason. Is this the latest scam as walmart, loblaws and other giants now? If this is a bug, fix it asap.

I love pizza of pizza pizza . I order everytime from PIZZA Pizza since i loved the fresh dough of this brand . The toppings are always fresh and delicious with the extra flavours of Olive oil and chilli flakes which makes them the most perfect pizza . I can’t select how many of each drink (Coke, Sprite, etc.) I want. The app opens a empty section where we should be able to select quantity.

I tried multiple times to sign up for the loyalty program and kept getting “something went wrong” message. I’m missing out on rewards which is worse than them not offering rewards at all. Don’t recommend.
