PlantAI: Identifier & Diagnose

Several, clearly sick houseplants were scanned -multiple times- and every time the app failed to even acknowledge the disease ‘your *insert species * is healthy..’ when they clearly aren’t. Rubbish and misleading

I saw an advert for diagnosing grass problems so downloaded the app to try. It doesn’t really do what it shows on the advertisement. It seems to just work for plants and not grass.

A very disappointing app. There is nothing special to warrant the $30 a year price. Sorry I wasted my money. I should have looked longer for other available apps. I was hoping for a more in-depth disease diagnosis but the app gives no more than what is free when you goggle or ask Siri. Also, I asked for the app to identify plants I purchased from a professional nursery and it misidentified more than one.

This has helped me knock off the rust and learn more and more about the plants that I like care for and I’m brave enough to grow

The app do not recognize the plant and confusing either others similar. Description are not true on the target plant. This app is a wasting. Of time and money No good

There is nothing more annoying than downloading an app that is marketed as “free” then asked to purchase a subscription as soon as you open it

I have tried to identify 3 plants so far and the app has been wrong on all 3. I would like to get my subscription money refunded. Thank you.

I can never get a diagnosis or remedy. The commercial makes it seem so easy to get a cure.

I am just starting to use the app, and I have found that it is not accurate in identifying plants. I have a weeping willow that I bought from a nursery and it was identified as a red Willow. I have a California white oak that I bought from a nursery and it was identified as a California black oak. I am also not encouraged with the diagnosis part of the app. It does not appear to be very accurate.

This app does not give any useful information and does not correctly identify many of the plants I’ve used it on. I have a curry plant that I tried to identify 3 times and it gives me a different name for it every time with none of them being correct.
