My lawn has a massive patch of dead grass. I take a photo add to the app and it tells me it’s fine and healthy. While I can’t post a photo. It looks dead. In addition, they build me for a year during my trial period and literally no way to contact customer service and have corrected.

These guys are conducting fraud on a huge level. Check out the reviews on the play store it’s the same thing time and time again. Don’t use this app unless you want unauthorised charges. Don’t be fooled there are no free trials and it charges you regardless it’s nonsense and even if you opt out you get charged. Even before the free trial ended the charges begin. I cancelled the trial on day 2 of 3 and was charged over $120 on 3 or more occasions. When you attempt to seek your money back or stop the charges coming in you get told it’s your fault, you didn’t unsubscribe yet I had unsubscribed. Please explain why the charges just keep coming? Had to cancel that credit card number to prevent further charges and customer services is dismissive maintaining it’s your fault despite complying with the terms and conditions. Regret clicking on this app, think twice ppl. Apple should remove this developer and this app as it’s stealing from ppl and the App Store is allowing it. Now the developer keeps replying with automated responses saying contact us directly, we care greatly we will investigate blah blah lies.! I had already been trying to contact them only they never respond. I had one response once stating it’s my fault, again lies, charges still apply. On behalf of all of the many people that have been ripped off by this developer, I’ll keep pushing apple, google, visa and Mastercard to take action against these scammers Update: developer keeps responding with please contact support we are sorry ect it’s a shame that the email provider never gives a response. This developer tries to appear like this issue is getting sorted when it’s clearly not. Despite my 15th email to the address provided they never respond. Total scammers don’t be fooled
I paid for life time subscription but still Keep taking money out of my account If I cancel subscription then will cancel my life time that I paid for. Be careful
I agreed to a 7 day free trial but a payment was taken. The app did not provide any decent advice for plant care. Cancelled within trial period awaiting refund of the payment th site took!!!!
Very poor wouldn’t buy it it doesn’t give you a real reading of what’s wrong with your plants
Absolute scam. Misleading t&c’s. Really high monthly app cost. Avoid!
Basically only reminds you to water and mist your plants. All the other stuff in the adverts doesn’t exist
