Excellent
Just an excellent app. I’ve tried many apps of this category but Planto is the only one that is tailored for the Hong Kong market and has the most coverage, integrating bank accounts, Octopus, MPF, and more. That said, syncing can be pretty slow (understandable). Transactions on the Octopus card are in sync with the Octopus app, which has a lag of 1-2 days, which is annoying but not a dealbreaker. Some buttons on the UI can be less responsive than others. I’d also like to see the option to count positive cash flow as a “reverse expense” so they get subtracted from a spending category - in the case of splitting an expense with friends.

Suddenly can't login
Not sure what happened. I have paid for a year last month and for the past few days I couldn't login. I entered my pin and it didn't show me anything, only stuck at the login page. Please assist or refund!
Unable to send messages to technical support
Some of my transactions were not downloaded and some of the same transaction of certain accounts have been downloaded 2-6 times. I have been unable to contact technical support or send messages to fix the issue. It almost seems the “send” button for message to technical support has been disabled. It’s very frustrating to see the stats are wrong because transactions have been repeated / missed.
Suggest leaving an email contact and fixing the issue of not being able to send message to technical support.

As said, and mentioned by other users, their Technical Support team doesn’t do anything. No responses from them, not checking WhatsApp messages, also no further updates/fixes for the app.
A so-so app
I expect it can updated and auto sync with my accounts time to time but no, I have to manually click sync and wait for few mins for each account. So I have to spend more then half an hour to to update all my accounts, and another half an hour to manage my bills, as the category provided is not accurate. Good if you have time but not for me.

I am paid user but unable to connect to the bank and in-app technical support isn’t able to respond after 2 days
