I’ve had this now for three weeks and honestly don’t even know how I lived without this. 

It is impossible to imagine how helpful it is to be able to have detailed notes every single important conversation to be able to go back and refer to. 

Apart from the usefulness of this, the device is slick, works 100% of the time, doesn’t make any mistakes, summarises beautifully, and is all done with an intuitive UI that makes it so easy to use and manage.

I can’t thank the developers enough for creating this product and this app.

My Business Coach told me about Plaud in a session and how it had changed her own business. I live to write up notes but they end up in all sorts of books, bits of paper etc. a lot of the time, I miss things that through the discussion should be an action . I have literally charged this tiny little piece of wizardry up, run a mock role play with myself and the. Waiting for the magic to happen. I was sceptical that what I was saying would turn into anything remotely sensible but I am stunned by the result. I really can’t wait to get my Team using a Plaud as the amount of time we will save writing up notes and then sifting through the action points will be immense!! I bought this little wonderful device on the back of a couple of Amazon reviews saying that it was handy for people with ADHD. I’m glad I did as it’s a real game changer. Not only can I do away with half written illegible notes, I can relax, enter into the conversation better and be confident that the transcript will do its thing. I was recently in a meeting with 8 colleagues in an open space with background noise and one or two at the meeting were quite quiet. We were intrigued as to the quality of the transcript, but I can report that it succeeded where we doubted its capability. I know there’s a subscription after the free first three months, but I think, for me personally, it’s well worth it. And I haven’t begun to use half of the features it provides yet! It was easy peasy to set up and I haven’t needed to contact support yet.

I am a big user of the latest technology. But it often ends up disappointing or only being used in the initial flush of excitement. Plaud has become absolutely essential to me, I use it almost every day. It is absolutely saving me hours of hard work and producing better meeting and call summaries than me. The ability to export these as .docx is perfect and means I can circulate these with very few changes. I’m a big fan. Well done to Plaud for delivering on all of its promises.

This is really a revolutionary recorder. I’ve tried a lot of methods of voice typing, recording and transcription and this is one of the most capable I’ve ever tried. It copes with heavy accents well (I have international projects) and it manages to track some of the attendees very well considering the limitations with online calls.

The different templates are superb although more probably need to be added to help other use cases.

I’ve used it as a notebook, as a drafting tool, as an executive assistant and for outlining research topics. It has coped with all of them admirably.

My PLAUD goes almost everywhere with me. The fact that it can be used without being connected to a mobile device makes it very usable.

Having the recording, transcription and the summary available makes it very easy to pick up any minor errors.

Colleagues have been suitably impressed with the capabilities and shocked at the speed at which we have been able to publish meeting minutes and call summary’s as well as the all important actions.

Anybody who relies on notes and actions could benefit from a PLAUD.ai

### ***** "Fantastic hardware, and the app is showing significant development"
Unsure why someone has labelled this as a scam. At the stage of writing this review, the Plaud Note is only available via Indiegogo. Delays are expected, and fully anticipated, hence the heavy discounts if a products goes into production. (Which it has)

Anyway, I’ve received mine, and it’s absolutely fantastic. The accuracy of Open AI’s Whisper engine has always been impressive, but where the Plaud Note shines is the size of the device, the work flow, and sensitivity of the acoustic sensors. Everyone who has seen it has been blown away, so much so my partners company is considering purchasing a batch of them. 

I was hesitant about the plaud purely on the basis that iPhones don’t typically play well with non-Apple based Bluetooth devices. My hesitation was not needed, the connectivity is spot on and seamless. As for everything else the hardware offers, it delivers exactly what Plaud has promised. 

The app as a standalone item is brilliant, considering it’s in its infancy with features and bug fixes being released every few days, it’s well built, stable, and easy to navigate. 

Overall, I’m really impressed with the experience so far, and I’m genuinely excited to see where Plaud goes over the next year.

I don’t know what that drunken fool is talking about. Mine just arrived, and it works brilliant! 
Just tried taking a note, and recorded a call. I was pretty stunned by the functionality of the transcription! Barely read the instructions and managed fine. Love the mag case, which I’m relieved works on my Quad Lock case!! So big bonus for me there (I’d love you to work with them on a case that plaud goes in between the mount hole and the phone!

Looked at subscription costs - the only improvement I’d like is to roll over any unused minutes for transcriptions on pro please. It’s not clear on the pricing sheet if this is the case, and I’d never buy additional transcriptions I’m not down for that after the cost of hardware and a pro subscription. It should cover all.
