For some reason it just logged me out for no reason at all

hey there, recently i’ve tried using my star points to claim apex coins…. however it did not give me the option to use star points, this has really frustrated me as i accidentally spent my star points on the $8 gift card which was 2k points, but the coins were 1,250 points both equalling to the price of $8 so i originally would have had enough for what i wanted. if this is a visual glitch and the offers are out of rotation please state that before i get my hopes up, thanks

Can not upload photos on the app to change picture Keeps saying error has occurred

The ps app isnt even working for me, it wasnt always like this but now it loads so slow, cant message people, can start partys. I dont know whats wrong with it because im new to playstation so i dont know how to work it. I think it has something to do with ps5 storage cause when i went on settings its still loading really slow, its bren loading for probably over 20 minutes. What do i do?

Great app, a bit laggy and can’t manage downloads (pause and resume them) and when I try to remote download i can’t see the download has started or how long it has to go

I’m having problems where I’m not getting notifications so I can’t see the messages and the party invitations. How do I fix this?

Doesn’t allow me to sign in, always can’t connect to server. Everything is up to date and tried deleting and restarting . Works well on my iPhone though
