When I press on the PS Stars section, it just tells me "Something went wrong, try again later" I mean it's one of your main services that you offer, this cashback/rewards system, and now I cannot access it?

The searching area is a trash. When you try to search something, it s saying that the product cannot be found. The same thing with la friends list. The app isn t updating the list of friends. We wait an update to resolve all these problems.

I cant connect my ps4 to my account i tried everything and still didin't work. Please help

One of the apps that doesn’t respect standards plus a very annoying detail: frequently badges its icon but there’s no way to find where the badging comes from inside the app. I guess it is in the spirit of video gamers where one has to find the hidden gems.

Its a usefull app but has a lot of bugs and glitches like if it try to browes a game or a player it will say no resoults whatever i type. And i cant add games to my wishlist or cart. Please fix these bc they are unaccepteble

It is a good app but it does have a bug with wishlists. If I have a game on whislist and I buy it, the game will appear on my wishlist and instead of showing the price, will appear with “Purchased”. I tried to remove the game from the wishlist but with no luck and it doesn’t make sense to show a purchased game on the wishlist.

It is hard to believe they wrote such a bad app for managing an amazing game console. It is very complicated and difficult to use, very cluttered, parental control takes a lot of steps to access, everything works very slow and sometimes the things you set in the app are not even taken into account and you have to set them again. Not to mention that even in 2023 they were incapable to make a simple face id system because the app is logging out very frequently and is frustrating to logon, insert code, etc almost every time I want to use it. With the premium prices charged for the consoles and games and the huge resources a company that big should have at its disposal it is astonishing how they can’t manage to write at least a decent, usable app.

Game capturea are in infinite loading, please fix it. It happens on normal screengrabs im not talking about big videos

If your account gets suspended, you have no chance to find out what exactly happened; the overlords from SIE send an ambiguous e-mail and the customer support tech says it’s not his job to know. You cannot appeal the decision and you’re left to wonder what you did wrong
