Beste, ik had kortelings contact ivm de waardeloze betalingsmogelijkheden voor dienstencheques bij het poetsbureau. Zij verwezen mij door naar Pluxee aangezien zij hier geen invloed op hebben. Bij het aanmelden via itsme om de betaling van dienstencheques door te voeren loopt het stres mis.  Bovendien lijkt het mij normaal dat ik in de Pluxee app inzicht zou hebben in mijn saldo aan dienstencheques. Dit is niet het geval. 
Graag wens ik gecontacteerd te worden om dit probleem op te lossen en jullie dienstverlening naar verwachting in te vullen.

Sodexo is very unhelpful when it comes to changing your pin or retrieving a lost one. The app doesn't offer even the request for a new pin and the phone-service is also not present ( lots of jargon on a tape), finally talking to an employee and they have not sent my new in after 2 weeks, while my credit is only valid until next week to spend...

ALSO STOP PUSHING THE FRENCH LANGUAGE whenever we click on a link from the app.. there's no way to view the links in other languages..

Des titres repas qui disparaissent et réapparaissent, un solde jamais actualisé, un service client au téléphone EXÉCRABLE ! Pas d’Apple Pay ou de Google Pay
Comparé à Edenred Belgique, vous êtes le SOMMET de la MÉDIOCRITÉ ! Vous ne devez votre clientèle que suite aux appels d’offres remportés !

Kaart is meer geblokkeerd dan ze werkt. Met de app ben je niets, je wordt altijd omgeleid naar de website. Helpdesk werkt ook totaal niet, blijft vragen om de 16 cijfers in te geven. Onderbemanning voel je doorschemeren in elk facet van de onderneming. Deze “oplossing “ is een enorme minderwaarde en ondermijning van de vrijheid om over je eigen middelen te beschikken.
