Unplayable

Cant even get through 5 minutes of playing without a pop-up Ad interrupting the game. I get that you need to make money, but the frequency of the ads is unbearable.

Absolutely amazing

I have been playing this game for many years on and off. It’s something I come back to often and enjoy. I am impressed with how amazing the customer support is. I was unable to get my progress back and customer service helped me get it all back and I couldn’t be happier!!!

Unprompted ads

I enjoyed this game quite a bit before the forced ads this new update seemed to bring about. I can understand watching ads for rewards, or to speed things up, but unprompted ads when switching sections (going from the pond back to habitat view) is definitely not for me. Disappointed, but not entirely surprised.

Stop the random ads

The latest update now has random ads when you open the game, or go to any of the habitats. It makes it annoying and really bad to play. Isn’t it enough to watch ads for extra gifts? The developers don’t need to be so greedy.

I used to absolutely love this app. This week, I notice that the icon changed and I open the app. What appears immediately? An ad. The whole reason I’ve always played this game is that it’s relaxing and wasn’t there to take all my money. Now I have to be stressed out everytime I get an ad?!!

New Update

I have been playing this game for awhile. With the new update the game no longer opens for me. All I get is a black screen. I really like this game. Please fix!! Thank you.
