I have played this game on and off for years. I love roofdog and many of their games. This time I started playing this game on a new account to unlock cars in my new extreme road trip 2 account. I truly love the gameplay loop this game offers and the wonderful music to go with it. I want to complete adventure mode really bad and find myself coming back even after I completed my original goal of just unlocking all the cars I wanted. -1 star for monsters. I hate the monsters in this game straight up. My opinion is that the monster mechanics in this game do nothing but make the game less fun. I don’t like how you have to tap them as soon as you see them or get them to run off an edge (if that is even possible) to hit them without taking damage or losing pick durability. These mechanics make it so you are very often unable to kill monsters without taking damage. This is especially true when there are multiple monsters. I’m pretty sure if multiple monsters get alerted at once and there are no explosives, then you are guaranteed to take damage if you can’t avoid them. I don’t know how they should fix this, but the mechanics need to be reworked. Maybe they are intended to be this bad, because I would have probably completed adventure mode by now if it wasn’t for those dang annoying monster mechanics. I hate having a shield stat. I guess I was used to the first and second games where it was just mining. In my opinion this would be a 5 star game without monsters probably. Please fix/balance the monster mechanics. -1 star for having bad characters that I can’t get rid of. I noticed when I started unlocking new characters that had bad abilities like showing you where chests are, breaking blocks next to you, or turning chests into gifts that give you money, I was upset because there is no way for me to get rid of those cards. This forces me to either use money to reroll cards or waste an energy playing with a bad character that has almost no chance of making it to the bottom. I liked pocket mine 2 better, but I feel like this game is a better game objectively, I just don’t like the monsters at all. They really have an amazing game here and I feel like it could be a perfect game that I would love to play more if I didn’t have my fun trampled by monsters. Edit: had to change it from 3 stars to 4 this game is so good other than the monsters :)

When are we getting part 4? With better visuals

First of all, my experience with this game improved overtime, be it game content, in-game chat, or ways to obtain rubies and free energy. The devs truly care about user experience. I love the community one can built in this game! I encountered a problem regarding to what I perceived as a progress“roll-back”, nope, my iPhone is just stupid and crashed on me. Support team responded within a day and got to the bottom of the mystery in the same day. They were patient and kind enough to help me make up for lost progress, despite the loss being my fault. 5 stars all around. Will continue to mine until I get to the core of earth.

Hadn’t played in a while and when i came back i was told to re-install and i wouldn’t lose any progress. Did that and lost everything, none of my data transferred over.

This game is terrific. I've played for years. It's a great, simple combination of strategy and arcade action. Nothing in this game is a time hog, nothing is rigged so you feel like you have to pay to play. When you do do events vs other people, it's competitive but not destructive. (Meaning you all just go for a high score.) Some events are weighted for players with lots of cards/levels. Some events are equal so that even newer players have an equal opportunity (if they know strategy). What I love so much about this game is that it's a simple to play mechanic that remains fun after multiple years. AND there are no stupid gimmicks to force you to pay or to push ads on you. You can choose ads to help, but they are -never- mandatory or auto triggered. I eventually paid $3.99 to get more energy after 4 years of playing because I felt the developers deserved it. (They are active, have a discord, and listen to feedback too.) Also, there are no stupid stories or cut scenes or anything. It's JUST A GAME! And the leveling system is simple and obvious. Some games pack so many ways and options as to make your brain hurt.

but crashes most games and takes energy

I remember this game being so fun but now whenever I mine a ore it just crashes my game. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know

I’ve been playing this game off and on for like 8 years now. I love it. I love how much it’s upgraded. Deff a good choice for kids too.
