Se me cierra la app muy seguido cuando voy a recoger mis cambios en GTS o Caja Prodigiosa

Saludos he hecho un pago correspondiente a la suscripción del año pero no me permite acceder a la app dado que me sale error por favor necesito más información para poder solucionar dicho problema.

Yo pongo mi contraseña de mi cuenta pero me dice que ya está vinculada a otro pokemon home ,no soy la única que le pasa por favor arréglenlo ojalá ellos vean esto Pd: tuve que volver a descargarme la aplicación pero a cambio de eso tuve que perder algunos pokemon :/

Se bugea el juego cuando te intento intercambiar Pokemones

Cuando quiero abrir mi caja o para hacer algún intercambio se me traba la aplicación

The only reason I have the phone app is because this is the only way to use the GTS. I needed a Spinda that could travel to BDSP. So I put that as a requirement in the GTS. I put up 3 special pokemon to increase the chance of this trade happening because i really need this Spinda to conplete my BDSP dex. (Cant get the swarm and it has been over 2 months.) Apparently, any spinda from a 3DS game “can travel” to BDSP but when i went to transfer them in, they couldnt because they were not caught in BdSp. This was not something i could enter as a requirement. So this app gets a 1 star because the whole purpose is to trade and it doesn't function correctly. Also couldnt trade a special pokemon for a special pokemon with my friend. I guess that’s not a thing anymore these days anyway, but that doesnt help this app’s situation. Currently in touch with support on this, but let’s be real, The Pokemon Company's Customer Support is pathetic and useless unlike Nintendo’s. If they get back to me and rectify this situation, that would help this app’s rating, but im not getting my hopes up.

The idea of this app is amazing, but the execution is more than concerning. The app is flooded with hacked Pokemon. This is done intentionally by griefers to fool you into thinking they are legitimate. When you unknowingly trade these Pokemon, the result is a ban. This app is not entirely free to use, so a surprise mystery ban can be pretty devastating.

I love pokemon and pokemon home allows me to get many cool pokemon that I would not usually have in my other games and give a lot of my old partners and 2nd or even 9th chance to be useful but their are glitch’s and in the GTS glitch’s and it takes so long to get your traded pokemon but other that it’s good

Great app with many amazing features. Can’t believe Pokemon has evolved so much that now we can store our Pokemon from older generation games like FireRed and Emerald! On the phone!! Only thing I could ask for is a few more features, such as an ability to filter GTS searches for shiny and non-shiny Pokemon.
