What A Day Looks Like in Pokémon Sleep
■ When Night Falls...
It’s time to track your sleep! All you need to do is place your smart device by your pillow (don’t place your device under your pillow or blankets as it may overheat), then call it a night. You can also play using sleep data tracked via your smartwatch.
■ A New Day Dawns
By the time you wake, Pokémon will have gathered in Pokémon Sleep based on your sleep type and how long you slept for. Carry out research on these Pokémon’s sleep styles to complete your Sleep Style Dex!
■ And the Rest of the Day...
Raise Snorlax big and strong! Snorlax will grow larger by receiving Berries from the Pokémon you befriend. The more you raise Snorlax, the greater your odds will be of encountering Pokémon with rare sleep styles!

What kind of sleep did you get last night? Your sleep report contains tidbits like how long you took to fall asleep, how long you spent in different sleep stages, and whether you snored or talked in your sleep.

Doesn’t start after last update

I love the game but after last update it doesn’t start. Get stuck by ”loading” 😩😵‍💫

The latest update sucks, screen in app goes white and loading for ever. Can’t get in!

Broken

Now with the Raikou update (1.4.0) someone wanted to be a lil funny and make it so you can go past the main menu. I’ve sat here for almost 10 minutes and it still won’t load in. Also the entire process after my sleep was so slow that I think I aged like 50 years in the meantime. Fix the game within 4 hours pls, so I can finally make breakfast for my snorlax
