I logged into the game now and again just to open card packs to the point where I feel like I saw all the pokemons there are. The PVP is unbalanced where someone with high end card will compete with someone that have low end cards. The card battle system is confusing and absolutely no fun. I am struggling to find the fun in this game.

I love this game. I’m writing this specifically to address the flaws in the battle system. There has been improvement on the slow pace of the previous version but now I was doing a ranked battle and it seems like there’s a 60 second timer even if you’re actively playing your cards. This is problematic when your strategy requires multistage setup. I was busy flipping coins with Misty, when I noticed my timer was on 22 seconds and counting whilst the coins were flipping. I hadn’t been idle for more than 5 to 10 seconds thinking of my strategy. This proved to not be enough time with the game animations, to flip coins, retreat vaporeon, add an energy to eevee and activate the effect of eevee bag, then attack as my turn was forced to an end just as I activated eevee bags effect. This is frustrating.
