The app's lack of responsiveness and frequent failure to apply changes to charge times or power settings make it highly frustrating and impractical, especially for users who need to adjust these settings remotely. Pas de soucis avec l’application toute fois un peu basique. Les fonctionnalités idéalement à ajouter sont : - le kilométrage du véhicule - detail de la vitrasse de charge (Km/h + Kw) - accès aux caméras et enregistrement

The basic idea of the app is fine, but its functionality is very unstable. You should see battery SoC, car position, doors locked / open and climate status. Often one or more of these items do not get synced to your app, while the other items do show up. Weird unpredictable behaviour. And annoying as you never know whether you can turn on climate control or check the battery SoC. I used to have a BMW before, their app is far more stable.

Stabiliteit is enorm toegenomen. Wat extra functies zou leuk zijn.

Persoonlijk is de app niet echt enorm functioneel. Je kan dit niet vergelijken met de andere ev merken. Spijtig. Ik vermoed wel dat er evolutie mogelijk is.

Worst app on my phone - given the price of the car you’d think they could come up with something that works - buy nooooo…. As customer experience with a new car goes - this is way below par.
