## Pomodoro Description
No ads. Free forever.

A clean, distraction-free Pomodoro timer designed to help you focus without getting in your way.

Why you’ll love it

• No ads, no paywalls — focus without interruptions.
• Free forever — all features included.

Core features

• Flexible durations
  Pomodoro: 15–60 min
  Break: 1–10 min
  Long Break: 5–30 min

• Automatic cycles
Long Break every N Pomodoros (choose 2–8).
The cycle repeats automatically until you stop it.

• Simple, safe controls
Start / Pause / Stop / Restart with confirmation to prevent accidental resets.

• Live Activities
Track the current session and remaining time directly on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island while the timer is running.

• Home Screen widgets
Keep your focus visible at a glance without opening the app.

• Ongoing notifications
See your active session and remaining time while the timer is running.

• Sound cues
A gentle ting after Pomodoro and Break sessions, plus a short alarm when Long Break starts.

• Color themes
Choose from 20 carefully curated backgrounds. Changes apply instantly.

• Haptic feedback
Subtle, precise vibrations for satisfying adjustments (device-dependent).

How it works

Example (Every 2):
Pomodoro → Break → Pomodoro → Break → Long Break → repeat

Example (Every 4):
Pomodoro → Break ×4 → Long Break → repeat

The cycle continues until you press Stop.

Notes

• Enable notifications to receive session alerts and Live Activity updates.
• Live Activities and widgets are active only while the timer is running.
• Haptic feedback may vary depending on device settings.

Focus better with a Pomodoro timer that’s simple, powerful, ad-free, and free — forever.

## Pomodoro Reviews in Vereinigte Staaten

### *---- "App lies about not having ads"
The app description says this app does not have ads. As other reviewers noted, it actually has ads - fairly obnoxious full screen interstitial ads. If you install this and don’t like the bait and switch, make sure to report the app.
-- turtle8271, 2026-09-06

### ****- "Make shorter pomodoro options"
Everything about this app is really good, love the simple interface. However, I would prefer tha it be possible to set up pomodoro options shorter than 15 minutes (eg, 5 and higher, like other categories). Good app otherwise, perfect for my purposes.
-- Кто-то Что-то Зачем-то, 2026-08-24

### ***-- "Great App, But I have Ads"
How Do I Get Rid of These Ads?
-- Mina096, 2026-08-22

### ***-- "I just got an advertisement"
The app description clearly states free forever, no ads. I just opened up the app to use it again and got an advertisement. Whatever!
-- Don Pumba, 2026-07-16

### ***** "Get it"
It does exactly what it needs to. We love that😌
-- Shesleft, 2026-07-13

### ***** "Just works"
How apps should be.
-- Bewoot, 2026-07-07

### ***** "App"
Really easy to use than the other apps ❤️
-- Katy.Nz, 2026-06-14

### ****- "Pretty great"
I love the clean interface and the lack of clutter. Like other reviewers, I am thrown off by the lack of variety in alarm sounds (two are shrieking bells, one is a single bell quietly dinging, and one is a very soft series of tones that reminds me of a radio broadcast. That's it!) I also can't find a way to display the timer on my locked screen despite having Live Activities enabled. Live Activities have been available since iOS 16 so if you, reader, are past that and you gave the app notification permissions, that's not likely to be your problem either lol.

That said, I still do like the straightforward interface and the low amount of data collection. Thanks for that. Consider this review feedback more than criticism. :)
-- CReedaB, 2026-06-09

### ***** "Nice free app to start"
Text should say “Stay focused for XX minutes” with “for XX minutes” on second line. Support for light, dark, clear, and tinted app icon modes would be most appreciated. Current fixed light color app sticks out like a sore thumb. Multi-color blended backgrounds (like Streaks app) and custom images for backgrounds with simple image controls such as brightness would be nice to have.
-- Skoubydoo, 2026-04-15

### ***** "Does what you need without BS"
This does pretty much everything you’d need a timer app to do without unnecessary feature bloat or in app purchases. The UI is simple and easy to use; the app keeps track of, and lets you change the number of cycles until a long break; you can change the duration of the cycles and breaks; and you can change/disable the alarm sound.

The only thing’s I might recommend adding are a check-list feature and the ability to see the timer on the lock screen. Though, even without those I’d still recommend the app.
