Après l‘expérience désastreuse que j’ai eu avec le programme, l’application est un sacré progrès.

Worst app I have ever used. Everyweek it forgets who I am and I have to login again with that other horrible ID app, the neverending story. And the app is useless. I am deleting it on the spot

Warum eine extra App? SMS war praktischer. Mail genügt auch. Ausserdem muss man ständig erneut das Passwort bei der App eingeben. Auch nach einigen Updates, immer noch ständiges neue Login-Aufforderung. Schrecklich diese App

Good app but a MAJOR flaw: you have too login every few days, and it's not quick to do so. I really don't understand the reason for this, simply makes no sense. So I went back to using emails instead, which are less practical than SMS we used to get. So two steps backwards, unfortunately, due to a detail, but an important one.

What an amazing new features. Everything digital including tracking and sending. Hats off

Unfortunately since 8 december the notifications when a parcel has arrived don't work anymore. Also am I not shown the access codes for the packup station in the app. All notification settings are enabled in the app as well as in iOS.
