Worst delivery company. There have already been two cases of lost parcels. I really regret that it is not always possible to refuse the services of this company

The app is great! It was my first experience with PostNord and it was really good, everything was delivered carefully. Maybe a bit long, but in my case it was Denmark-Ukraine, so I suppose this is related to complicated processes because of war. P.S. I’m surprised of such a low rating here…looks like it was rated bad intentionally or smth 🤔

It’s impossible to reach any support - just infinite waiting time

Terrible service, people who repair to deliver your package on time, on the appointed day! Although you take a day off from work to get it!

The worst service ever!!! Never will use it again, NEVER!!!!!! I waist my money on your salary that you get because of your customers and I didn’t get my delivery that I paid for. I ordered it to my door and I should wait one week more instead and walk to pick my delivery somewhere. Never again will use your service.

service is terrible! never deliver packages to the door! very often parcels are simply lost and in order to find them you need to spend a lot of time and effort to clarify all the details! I am disappointed.

Horrible service. They hire illiterate people who always lose packages or send them somewhere else.

Terrible service. We sent a package from Copenhagen to Switzerland. 15 kg package and box, one place under one number. Came only a package of 2 kg. There is nothing more! Nobody can help. Chat is terrible! I paid 86 euros for delivery. as a result, the most expensive and valuable things are lost. My heart is broken ! Lost all the photos of my family in my entire life. They erased all memory and simply destroyed it. I always treat all mistakes with loyalty and kindness, but this is not the case. I'm shocked, I'm desperate. No responsibility, terrible post. I DO NOT ADVISE ! YOUR ITEMS CAN BE LOST FOREVER 😭
