Pottery Barn

This is the worst store app I’ve used. It gets stuck, crashes, freezes. Awful.

I love PB, but the fact that you cannot use the app in landscape mode is a deal breaker for me. Deleted the app and will continue to use the website.

If I wasn’t shopping for a wedding gift that was on this website, I would never use your website. It took me three hours to try to get an order placed terrible website.

Everything was easy until I had to update my personal information, address and CC data. Entered both in multiple times only to have the app default to original data!! It’s is three addresses before! Frustrating!

The William-Sonoma brands website/apps are the most frustrating to use. The cart never updates properly and it’s so hard to keep the items you want / don’t want organized. It’s the least user friendly site out there. It definitely prevents me from ordering more from them.

Love looking at all PB has to offer and try to grab my favorites when they are on sale. If I wait and come back, they are gone! Love PB

Received in the mail , pitchere I would like a replacement. The box was not labeled. Fragile or glass. I would like a return label and feel I should not have to pay for return if you want a schattered piece returned. The glasses were probably wrapped and marked fragel no problem there. A very beautiful set. Please help with this situation. If you would like pictures of box that can be arranged. Thank you Debra Kurman.

PB you make it to complicated to redeem loyalty points at checkout- particularly from the phone.

It is so impossible for me to wrap my head around the fact that Pottery Barn does not offer free shipping to visa reward members who spend so much money with your company. You are the only company that has such a policy and refuses to reward your faithful customers. It is absurd and offensive.
