## Power Pro Description
The Power Pro iPad Leasing System is designed to enhance the consumers’ apartment search and leasing experience while also enabling the leasing professional to become more efficient in the apartment leasing and management processes. Predicated on customer-centric needs, the program is designed to raise closing ratios and increase leases for everyone from the greenest to the most senior leasing professionals.  When integrated with the property management software on site, that means single entry data and real time information.

Properties will make more money with more leases, saving money with increased efficiencies and helping dictate where to spend future dollars with unique value add backend reporting.

Power Pro was founded by a group of industry experts specializing in leasing techniques that are proven to generate more leases.  Because of their experience and understanding of the leasing floor, the Power Pro has been designed to easily flow through the qualifying process, setting up the leasing professional for success every time.

The Power Pro is very user friendly, allowing leasing teams to immediately pick up the tool and see their closing ratios soar!

The experience for a prospect walking onto a Power Pro property is completely different than the usual interrogation we have seen in the past.  An upbeat leasing consultant greets the prospective resident.

The leasing consultant, with the Power Pro in hand, walks with the prospect into the gorgeous clubhouse and sits on the couch, where the leasing consultant positions the Power Pro for both to see.  

Next, strategically ordered questions come up one-by-one for the leasing consultant to present and discuss with the prospect. The prospect selects his needs and wants on the touch screen, ultimately arriving at the perfect apartment home. After the prospect leaves the property, the leasing professional sends a one-touch follow-up to the prospect and schedules a time to circle back with the prospect.  Upon closing the guest card, Power Pro automatically files the electronic copy of the information, which the leasing professional can access at the touch of a button, and will notify them when it is time for them to follow-up again.

Power Pro uses the information gathered from prospective residents during the qualification process to instantly find the available apartment that best fits their needs.
