Despite having an account for years, I have been logged out and no matter what I do my email is not recognised even though they send my confirmations by same. Cannot contact PI as usual as they only have the useless and irrelevant FAQs. I have deleted this app.

This hotel was such a disappointment!! The room we were allocated stank to high heaven!! The windows didn’t open and we couldn’t use the air conditioning as all that did was fan the putrid smell around!! It smelt of extremely bad cheesy feet!! Whoever was in the room prior to us, may well have had that problem, but surely something could have been done to eradicate the stench??? The overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired…would not recommend this hotel..it wasn’t cheap, and you expect more attention to paying guest’s expectations!! Had to leave everything packed in case for fearing of stuff smelling of the room!!

Nice interface but ultimately, it doesn’t work. I keep getting errors.

There is a glitch on the app which always produces an error when adding breakfast. No option to leave a message for staff at the hotel. And they made an unauthorised charge against my card before checking in.

Just recently installed the APP to make a booking but for some reason it is not allowing to login. Tried to reset password but still unsuccessful to access the app!

The app works well for booking rooms, adding extras, and checking reservation details. I’ve noticed that, for my two most recent bookings, there is no longer an option to add the reservation to Apple Wallet, something which was previously possible. I’d think it’s a shame if this option has been removed, as I found it a convenient means of accessing my booking details. I also think it would be nice if the app supported the iOS dark mode feature. The app does what it promises; I’d just like some quality of life improvements.

I have had problems for a month trying to login thru the app I have reset password I have deleted and reinstalled the app but still can’t log in.

Very poor application. Guest checkout with account creation doesn’t work. Refuses to progress to payment without displaying an error when a password is entered (probably special char). Guest checkout offers apple pay but logged in journey doesn’t. Apple pay payment works but displays the wrong long card number on confirmation and the whole apple pay journey looks and feels flaky. Account creation was only partially successful. Had to delete the app and reinstall to log in. Generaly poor error handling throughout.

Would be 5 stars with Apple Pay. Without, one star.
