Ich kann Preply zum Sprachen lernen weiterempfehlen. Die Funktionalitäten von App und Website sind benutzerfreundlich. Die Auswahl an Lehrern in verschiedenen Preiskategorien groß. Der Unterricht kann zeitlich flexibel geplant werden. Ich nutze Preply seit ca. neun Monaten und mache gute Fortschritte.

Experience with Preply I had high hopes for Preply, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge letdown. First off, the platform is not as user-friendly as advertised. Navigating through the website feels clunky, and finding the right tutor for my needs was unnecessarily difficult. Despite their claims of a diverse pool of tutors, many of the profiles seem misleading. The tutors I found didn’t live up to the descriptions or reviews on the site, and I struggled to get consistent quality from sessions. The booking system also left a lot to be desired – it’s confusing, and I faced issues with cancellations and rescheduling that were not clearly communicated upfront. As a result, I felt like I was wasting time and money without seeing much improvement. Customer support was unresponsive, and when they did get back to me, their responses were generic and unhelpful. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I don’t feel I got my money’s worth. There are much better online learning platforms out there.And make sure not to pick Nico. He doesn’t teach you anything he just starts a conversation and it ends up being the whole entire lesson This review expresses dissatisfaction with the service, pointing out usability, tutor quality, and customer support issues.
