After several attempts to perform captcha verification (sign in via email), the app keeps deliver the same error (to verify captcha)

This app will not refund an absent tutors payment nor will they refund your credits. I’m going to keep posting this worldwide on a regular basis until you refund my amount. I found out an unfair policy for users: if you pay subscription but didn’t use it before next month (renewal time) It gets expired and no history left. Like if you have 10 classes left but your subscription plan is 2/week and you only got 2 classes, the rest would be gone. Wow scam or what, you decide! The fact that they have this policy is showing that they are not a good platform Update: i contact the customer service. The answer is there is no way to track that/ no history even from the customer service side. It got wipe off. They just said that they don’t know they can’t really track. But why can’t they make it more clear/fair. Why there is a big black blind spot that can not track things? how come there is no history? Why they develop a platform this way? Tutor don’t know if they get money or not. I don’t get to use what i paid. Who gets the benefit? Where is credit i bought and paid? Isn't it customers right to use whenever they’re available?
