I accidentally purchased the app and its too expensive, i barely use it. I asked for a refund but i havent received any yet

I really loved this app. Now, I can’t even edit at all because almost all of the filters are now pro lmao.

It was a great app until they made all the good features premium. 💀 this app is basically useless now

i think it’s expensive and i can’t even delete my account all presets are gold.

I’ve used prequel frequently on another device, I have downloaded Prequel on my main device, but when i open it, the app doesn’t open. By what i mean, it shows the icon then goes back to the home screen. I use a Iphone 8 plus with IOS 14.2. Please answer.

Hi. Can you please accommodate my concern. I already cancel my subscription which is P259/week but gcash continuously billed me every week even though when i check my account in this app, it says that i don’t even have a subscription. Thank you.

Hi the app is not exporting any of the edits and is always stuck at 1%- 9% during export. Please fix this

Love using Prequel for its fantastic filters, but noticed an issue – after a few uses, the video's FPS changes, making it laggy. Oddly, the original in my gallery is smooth. Any tips to fix this glitch?

I cancelled my subscription before the due date because I didn’t need to renew it and yet they still want me to pay 1,990 pesos!? It said that even if I unsubscribe, I would still have access to everything and still have to pay!?, what’s the use of cancelling it if you still want me to pay? I don’t even need this app anymore because it sucked, lot of bugs and problems with loading the app. Fix this please. I won’t pay for something that I wouldn’t even use anymore. I can’t install other apps because I won’t pay for this app!. What a bunch of scammers.
