I pay for the premium, it is in my subscriptions but the app still won't allow me to download any presets into Lightroom without "subscribing" and paying for them, which I already am. Not sure if this is an app issue or if it has to do with the subscription but I've never experienced this with other apps. When it's working it works well, when it doesn't, it really doesn't work.
Some of the new presets added here are not working. I tried to copy and paste it many times but still nothing. When I looked at the settings of the photos, nothing was adjusted. Is this a scam? Been using the app for a long time and had no problems with it but now it gets sketchy and fake. Pls fix this thanks.
This app has stopped working all together. Firstly: One can no longer add the avatar to shortcuts on the device which made it a lot easier to then navigate into the Lightroom app (which is connected to this app) and get the work done. Secondly: In the new set of instructions, I copy the settings from this “Present App” inside the Lightroom app of the colour hue I chose, take a step back and ‘paste’ into my selected photo of choice. The photo remains the same!
I wanted to try this app in the free version, ended up signing up for a year unintentionally. When trying to turn off auto renew while waiting to be contacted by support I am unable to get to this option in the app! Not user friendly, unhelpful instructions in the App Store description section! Do not even bother!

Bad, unusable without premium
Downloaded, paid for a year. Swapped phones, and now I can’t access any of the presets.
It wouldn’t even let me use a preset! I hate this please make it more easier to use!
Doesn’t work, please don’t get sucked in like I did! What a bunch of crooks!
love this app it’s great for editing but only one package is free which definitely sucks
