App funktioniert nicht in Hamburg, aber Guthaben kann geladen werden. Keine Rückerstattung über die App oder Website möglich. Paypal hat sich es aber zurück erstattet. App wird an dem Parkautomaten beworben. Keine Möglichkeit irgend jemanden  über diesen Fehler zu kontaktieren oder informieren. Nachtrag: Der Kundenservice bietet eine Rückerstattung (per Mail nicht via Paypal) an, wenn man 5 Sterne vergibt und sagt, dass die App in Deutschland nicht verfügbar sei?! Ist das rechtlich ok? Das ist nicht Sinn eines glaubwürdigen Bewertungssystems und schon gar eines seriösen Unternehmens. Da Apps im Playstore als auch App Store Ländern zugewiesen werden können, verstehe ich nicht, warum das bisher nicht geschehen ist. Schein ne Masche für Sterne zu sein.

Die  .de domains sind gar nicht registriert. Heisst Anmeldung über app geht nicht. Agb aufrufen über app zur Anmeldung geht nicht und die DE domain kaufen möchte ich auch nicht. Entweder gibt es die nicht mehr oder miserabel programmiert.

Leider kann man die App nicht nutzen sieht ganz danach aus als ob es diese Firma garnicht mehr gibt, ich verstehe nur nicht ganz warum man das nicht alles sperrt.

Leider kann man über sie App nur per Kreditkarte bezahlen. Und selbst das klappt nicht. Wollte meine Visakarte hinterlegen. System sagt meine Karte währe ungültig. Völliger Quatsch. Feedback über die App geben ist auch nicht möglich, da der Absende Button sich unter die Tastatur versteckt und nicht gedrückt werden kann, da die Tastatur nicht verschwindet.
