Bad app, worse service
After 15 weeks of waiting for my orders they still has not arrived. More than an hour of phone calls, several emails which didn't receive a response, promises to call me back with no call back. After 2 months of trying to get a refund I was finally told I had to initiate a cancellation and refund through the WEBSITE as this isn't possible on the APP. Trying the website on 3 different browsers on different devices the "option" to select an item as 'undelivered' does not appear on the website either, technical support was meant to get back to me but never did. The only advantage of the 11 street app over the Lazada app is that you can sort by "free shipping" and that is it. Will not use 11 street ever again. Definitely going back to Lazada.
