Just for them to ship to Canada costs a ton of money that they don’t refund, and on top of that you have to pay to ship it back. The quality feels cheap and the refunding policy is terrible. They also do not show how much items are in CAD currency.

This app is terrible. Constantly freezes and doesn’t add or delete products from cart. Also, I noticed the prices on the app are much cheaper than the prices on the website. i’ve never bought from pretty little thing and I’m very hesitant because of how this app performs and I don’t trust it to, one bill me correctly and two, not charge me twice.

I’ve already seen some complaints about the lack of available currencies on the app, including CAD as well as the response from the developer. They said that the app only runs for selected territories but I still think it’s a shame. Having to go on the desktop version to check the real prices is not always convenient and makes the app useless somehow… In addition to that, I’m unable to see my entire wishlist on the app, it always displays just the first items of the list and once again, I have to switch to the desktop version. Overall, good user experience but that would be awesome to have the aforementioned issues fixed.

I have a bug in my app which doesn’t allow me to take any items out of my cart, also, it doesn’t let me move anything to my saved list. Because of this, I have a Bajillion amount of things in my account cart, but I cannot remove them making my shopping experience a little hectic because I’m not able to buy anything because I don’t wanna buy everything in my cart.

We need to see picture reviews of the items. Blind buying costs us when the product isn’t to our expectations. Also, why is the app forcing me to receive notifications? 

Great app overall, great clothes. It just needs those little tweaks to make the experience a 10/10.

If it weren’t for the fact that there are no reviews, I would definitely give the app a 5/5. But because there’s no section for reviews (no place to view photos of purchases from real people) I have put my score down super low — I would simply appreciate if the creators took time to add this feature. I could buy clothes more confidently from the site if this were the case.

Premièrement, il est écrit nulle part sur l’application lorsque tu fais tes achats que c’est en $us. J’autorise toujours ma localisation donc j’ai cru que c’était en cad. Quelle surprise quand je suis allée dans mon compte de banque après. Ensuite, ils ne permettent pas d’annuler une commande??? Donc une fois que tu as fait une erreur comme moi, impossible de te faire rembourser, tu dois attendre d’avoir reçu les articles, pour ensuite les retourner (ce qui coûte de l’argent) et ensuite te faire rembourser dans un mois. Je n’ai jamais vu ça. Cela fait maintenant 21 jours que j’ai retourné mes articles (ce qui m’a coûté 20$) et je n’ai toujours pas reçu de remboursement. EN PLUS, les vêtements étaient pas du tout comme sur les photos, différentes couleurs, matériel super cheap, coutures mal faites… J’ai acheté un sac, je l’ai mis une fois et il s’est décoloré. J’avais déjà fait le retour (de plus de la moitié des vêtements) je ne pouvais pas le retourner aussi. Et tu ne peux pas faire de review sur tes vêtements, autant que tu ne peux pas te faire une idée avec les review des autres… Pour ajouter au tout, ils ont des codes promo pour les « newbies » 100% aléatoires. Un jour c’est -10%, l’autre jour -15%, un autre jour -20%, j’ai même vu une fois il était à -50%???!!! J’ai seulement eu droit au -10% c’est très injuste. 
Vraiment la pire expérience d’achat ever! Dès que j’ai mon remboursement, je delete mon compte.
