The clothes and stuff are cute but the service is horrible. It was arrived over a week later than they said it would and it was delivered to a store over an hour away from me. I contacted them and they sure took their sweet time to reply. First they said that they would check up on the matter, 4 days later, still no word. I contacted them again and they said they needed 72 hours to work on it. When over 72 hours had gone by I contacted them again and then they said there was nothing they could do since the packet had already been delivered and was waiting to be collected. But why couldn’t they tell me that when I contacted them a week earlier?

The app is a mess. I have restarted it 20th time and still don’t work. I’m pointing this out because it happens to other people as well. PLT is great but needs IT help (asap). The problem- when signing in, it repeatedly tells me to wait and try again.

Ordering from PLT these past 2 years, this is the first app I’m looking at when looking for an outfit. They have something for everyone. Love!!

Such an easy app for shopping. Filters, lots of categories and options for everyone!😍 Plus, it doesn’t hurt that the shipping is fast (even to Sweden) and that it’s super easy to handle returns (rarely needed tho). Definitely recommend!
