Very bad design. Every time you have to manually log in. Can’t register me and my family in one app or under same email or under same number. I raised many issues regarding the app at the reception but they will say we will resolved it but never gets resolved. I would not suggest it. Rather would call the call center for appointments or any other queries. Not recommended at all. Their doctors are good but I felt their management and IT department needs improvement.

I wonder which kind of an IT department Prime Health is having 🤔 their updated APPs are not properly tested and pushed to production with errors.

Medical health in UAE tightly integrated with UAE Pass and Govt. of UAE provides a well documented Integration of UAE pass for External parties. 

Why can’t Prime Health IT can think out of the box and use this integration to avoid lengthy process of signup or login ?

I believe the APP testing and Quality Assurance team is not governed professionally by the Prime Healthcare management, suggest they should look into this. 

Remember IT is a business enabler. At least in the APP it does not reflect. 

On the other hand, I am very happy with healthcare services offered by Prime Healthcare and a loyal patient/customer. :)

Hope someone in business have a look into my feedback and do needful to improve. Cheers
