Simple app but still not find what needed, digital card

I have tried one week to download my digital card without any success! System does not have ‘Card’ tab for me to select. I have deleted, reloaded and done 6-7 times according to instructions and I do get a message that do contact client services. I have done that squeal amount. Quess what? No cigar either. Just doesn’t work out. I even changed to another phone to try. Still no cigar. I am giving up. My time is worth more than this. After 8 or do years as member I seek different solution to this crab.

Tried to register twice and app does not let me in with username and password. Does not send anything to my email. Both times registering billed me 1 eur. Does not feel right to give payment details to such an untrustworthy service!

I had an existing account, but adding a membership card was impossible. Also, deleting an account from the app does not work.
