The service and food was poor

During my recent travel, I was rejected at both Munich and Lisbon airport lounge. Disappointing!

After update version, unable to see my digital card and balance visit details.

The system cannot recover the password. It made us lose opportunities to use it in our latest trip. Personnel at the lounge said they could not do anything about it.

Overall ok for their lounges. But not for their airport transfer. The advertisement said they will hold up a sign at the arrival halls. In fact the driver sent the direction to go to the carpark by yourself. Confusing. There was a time in Rome the driver no show. Long tedious process for refund. Never again

I have Citibank PriviMiles card. previously it was a Visa, but now it’s a Mastercard. I am unable to update the new Mastercard details in the app. How long do you need to resolve this?

Trying to change profile but it’s not allowing . My Postal code is wrong

The FAQ mentioned there is a Pre-book option to pre-book a lounge. i tried the suggested logout and login, reinstalled the apps still can't see this option. Tried login from PC browser to their website also don't have such option. Does it exist or just a false claim in under FAQ?

My card in my eWallet expired and there is no way to retrieve the new one via app or email.
