I’m trying to book a lounge but when I enter the flight number (as per my plane ticket), the app tells me it’s at 6:20 when in fact the departure time is 13:25. It looks like Air Canada use the same flight number for flights to Calgary and New Delhi, but the app doesn’t recognise this or allow me to override the departure time. Therefore, if I wanted to book the lounge I can only do it from 5am, useless for me. Their customer service aren’t helpful, the email they reply from isn’t a reply to address and there’s no message within the app so I have no idea how I can actually reply to their security questions. If they could fix the glitch I wouldn’t even need to request customer service.

I used up my 4 free visits so wanted to book, it said £6 I thought “great!”. Turns out this is only the pre booking fee you still have to pay the full price for the lounge. This is not clear in the app and is very shady and should be explicitly mentioned to customers. I can’t even see the cost of the lounge on the app or website I have to find it on the airports website. How pointless.

Unfortunately, the Priority Pass is not what it used to be. From what I see, the cash bookings are the ones who get priority. 
I am fed up with arriving at airports to be told “have you pre booked “ and being turned away. This is happening even when the lounges are quiet. 
The lounge staff in some airports leave a lot to be desired aswell. It is quite embarrassing being turned away, a little humility would go a long way on these occasions. 
Definitely a waste of money having the card now. 
The pre booking section of the App is poor aswell, I’m sure it can be simplified.

Would give it 0 stars if possible. It’s absolute joke especially if you are paying for it.

Hour and half long queue in Amsterdam for an incredibly average lounge. 

Standing in a massive queue for the lounge in Barcelona. Pre booking was not possible  and over 50 people waiting to get access. 

Amex “perk” but I’ll be feeding back to Amex that it’s actually worse than useless. Bad for them to be associated with this embarrassment

Access lounges world wide....what a joke! You can access them, but that's about it! Useless. If you can get in to one of these 'lounges' they are always overcrowded and no where to sit. And instead of telling you that when you check in, they let you through! REDICULOUS. The food is always substandard. Honestly a waste of time! I don't even bother now because it's always absolute rubbish!! Useless perk.

After a recent update the Priority Pass app keeps loading up in the background to get the location and makes the Dynamic Island wake up. Really annoying. Having to Offload the app until further notice.
Also pre-booked a lounge via the app for a future trip in December and it isn’t showing in the app, which is pretty useless.

I am seriously now asking myself why I bother paying for this thing. I am a frequent traveller and I have not managed to get into a lounge in my last 4 attempts (Rome, Miami, Gatwick & Barcelona). Very disappointing and frustrating!! No where does it state in the terms and conditions when I was paying for it that I would be turned away every time!

Constantly logs out, poor App.   As for PP itself, pretty useless in London airports as far too many people seem to have it.  I’m in China currently and coverage is patchy, particularly domestic side.  Likely to bin the HSBC WE that it comes with next year after recent price hikes as it’s all become rather useless.
