This membership has made traveling so much more enjoyable

Lounge is full. But manageable. Wait time was like 30 minutes. Not much food selection.

Took away the airport credit for food even for airports that don’t have Priority Pass lounges. Some of the lounges offered are really bad / disappointing or have long wait times.

Unable to enter lounges with the app. I have to use the actual physical card each time. So annoying

The app says my login info is incorrect. It isn’t. I selected to have my password sent/changed. The email took 15 minutes to arrive. When I received it, it did not have a link to reset the password. Rather, it asks me to join. All of this wasted time caused me to not be able to find the Priority Pass lounge while I wait for my connecting flight. 🤨😞

When I search for lounges on the website or even the app without being logged in, it's showing me some places that I've been to in the past at airports I've been to. But if I log in, it's just showing me 'airport takeout' everywhere. What a waste of time. I was going to cancel my membership - fix the app!

I just wanted to share how awesome the VIP lounge in Punta Cana was! It was the perfect place to hang out while waiting for my Delta flight back to the USA. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was amazing, and the coffee was just perfect. I can't wait to go back there!☺️

Can’t gain admission in several airport lounges (when lounges are busy), so really fairly useless.

I like to express my experiences at Priority Pass at T4 in JFK New York . I was greeted by a beautiful Smile from Sherry . She was very pleasant and Friendly Sherry is a asset to Priority Pass at JFK , I will definitely come back to be greeted by Sherry Keep up the Good Work Priority JFK 👍
