### *---- "Request for Immediate Refund Due to Unintentional Subscription and Misleading App Information"
Dear App Support Team / Customer Service,

I am writing to formally request a refund for a subscription I was charged for through your app. Upon downloading the app, I was unaware that it required a paid subscription. The subscription prompt appeared suddenly, and without fully understanding the details or having adequate time to review the terms, I accidentally confirmed the purchase by double-clicking the side button on my device. As a result, I was charged for a full year's subscription, which I did not intend to purchase.

This experience has been both frustrating and misleading. The app did not clearly communicate the subscription cost upfront, nor did it provide an adequate explanation of the services offered. I have found the app to be of no practical use to me, and I feel the transaction occurred under deceptive circumstances.

Furthermore, I have submitted feedback through the app multiple times with no response. I also have serious concerns about the legitimacy of the developer listed (Zakaria Osman), and I am concerned that this app may be misrepresenting its origins and purpose.

I kindly request that you process a full refund at your earliest convenience. I believe this request is reasonable given the circumstances and hope it will be addressed promptly.
