Very easy to use website! Even for an old lady like me!😀

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER. When calling about a note they sent saying they will be upcharging they said they needed all my documents though I have sent them all the documents required when applied for the insurance. PLEASE NEVER GET THIS INSURANCE. Read about them before commenting to them. NEVER AGAIN.

The app stops sending driving details and then it will automagically unenroll you. Set up a notification system in the app. Also I can’t see this review… app problem.

Every six months I renew my policy. And the quote I get always goes up after I pay it. And takes two more months to get it lowered some not all. This company has no respect for the people that pay for a service. By far the worst customer service!!!!!

App won’t let me upload photos. Can’t get ahold of the rep for help. Changed reps and she was getting frustrated with me. Their process is too complicated I would much rather use State Farm.
