App is still very buggy. Frequently shuts down and is slow to upload. Logging thru okay relax url to assist in task management with virtual assistants. This is particularly annoying because updates take hours to register and you can’t use the app to get a real time assessment of the tasks progress.

Ap doesnt work like a desktop version.

The app is very slow to load and doesn’t show projects. It also doesn’t allow you to click on an announcement to see the details or respond. You can only add new announcements.

Proofhub is a wonderful service. We are excited about using it and I want our team to use this app. As I test it and learn it for myself, I’m finding it very slow to update (hours) when changes are made or assignments are given on a desktop. Sometimes I open my account in the app, only to find it completely empty of contents. When I get email notifications of a change, it won’t open in the app. Swiping out and reopening does not fix the problem. I just have have to wait and come back later to try again. This is unworkable. I have used other project management mobile apps that work seamlessly with their desktop counterparts. In my experience, this one does not. I love Proofhub. However, I believe that our plan to rely on the app has to be amended

The web version of the tool is great, but the app acts weird - for example every time you update a time sheet entry, it makes the recorded date 1 day earlier. This is a problem when you change the billing state of the entry. Many other UI issues as well.

Not user friendly

All of these people must have downloaded a different app or are from a competitor. This app is really great. Easy to use and a great extension of the full site. Full of features and very intuitive interface. Keep up the good work, guys. Not app related but please work on custom fields for forms! It would be absolutely perfect!

I’ve just downloaded the app and so far it’s fast and clean. Will likely use for basic chat and make notes and if that works I’ll be very Happy! So far the app works and offers access to much if not all of the desktops features.

I am trying to login to the app, and can’t get past the “set password” screen. It won’t let me scroll down to “advance”. Pretty frustrating.
