Our unit is a 2 bed room but it was captured under 1 bedroom transaction. I believe this will affect the appreciation considering property guru is the largest search engine/platform used in Singapore.

Tried to submit a feedback from their mobile app but forever encountering error message. Lost faith in them in updating the software….

PG recently changed the messaging system to “hijack” leads before they can be released to the respective agents. Now users have no direct way to contact agents - how arrogant! Just because you are a monopoly does not automatically give you the right to abuse your power to filter leads to agents.

I’ve been using this app for some time, but recent updates have made it almost unusable. The app now takes over 1 minute and 30 seconds to fully load, which is incredibly frustrating when you’re in a hurry. It also loads additional resources during launch, which seems to slow things down even further.

What’s worse is that the ability to contact agents directly has been removed. Instead, I’m now forced to go through PropertyGuru’s own WhatsApp process, which adds unnecessary steps and time. This has caused me to miss out on properties I was genuinely interested in due to the delays in reaching the responsible agents.

Overall, the app’s performance and user experience have gone downhill, and it seriously needs improvement. If these issues aren’t addressed soon, I may have to look for alternative platforms.

We wanted to leave a negative review for a property agent which had behaved in an unethical and dishonest way with us. Propertyguru will not allow you to leave a “1 star” review (you won’t be able to click “submit”) however if you write the same review and give it “5 stars” the submit button will magically work again. How can you trust any reviews coming from this platform? Hopefully the new government HDB platform will be more transparent.
