Is there not a way to add Notifications to this app?

I love this app. I am giving it 4 stars just because I believe it could be better with the implementation of these features. Include telephone numbers of reporting party in Mobile CAD (some officers do not have access to computers, I.e. SROs, Detectives, etc.) Have ability to look at prior call history Ability to add CAD notes to calls assigned Ability to change your Unit Status (Check on duty/out of service/busy) Ability to see call history Ability to see OCA’s assigned by communications Miscellaneous Suggestions Ability to swipe out of current call (go back to CFS Calls by swiping right, instead of hitting back button at top left, on iPhone) Ability to send chat messages to other units on duty Ability to set jurisdiction so you can get notifications of calls occurring in your area These are just a few things I would like to see on this app. I understand if this can’t or won’t be done to overshadow the use of computer MDIS but it would be extremely beneficial to see this information when out on foot or away from the MDT.

Good informational tool! Used as a situational awareness tool it works to give insight on relative information to calls.

I give 3 stars, it’s a great update from the previous but after using it with no recent updates I can give some positive insight. In the CFS view, it is very buggy at times making either force closing the app or going home and back into a CAD multiple times to be able to scroll to view the notes or units on the CAD. I’m unsure if it is capable or not, but being able to view CADs prior to unit being dispatched, or pending calls as soon as a new CAD is created show within the CFS would also be beneficial. When view a specific unit status, adding the CAD time notes into the app. (Ex. EMS 1 Enroute or Transport time to a specific hospital, Dispatch places the hospital name or a note on the CAD time however this does not show within the app) Probably a major update or improvement would be a multi login option. Often time public safety members as myself work for multiple different county agencies using Southern Software, having to log in/out daily is annoying to say the least, but maybe creating an option to add multiple logins with a easily accessible way of swapping between the two within the app. Long review, but seeing others I wanted to give insight on what we experience and how it can be improved. I’d be willing to give further insight or going in more depth if you’d like!

It won’t let me log in

Could be much better. Doesn’t work good at all on my iPhone. Redesign the layout and some updates would be much appreciated. Will not refresh without closing and reopening. Active calls don’t show up sometimes. This thing is awful. Our old CAD system was much better but our county decided we needed to switch to this for whatever reason.

Needs a update/bug fix. Since the new apple update. Cad freezes, don’t show units on call without having to change cad view every time.

Slow to load and update on WiFi. Would be nice to have option to select info refresh rate (every 15 seconds, 30s, etc.), or to have the app automatically refresh info (sooner). Integrate with Google Maps/Waze/Apple Maps for directions to scene.
