Application et service de vélo, sympa, mais pourrait être amélioré. Hélas, depuis la migration du système Publibike à Velospot, la manière de prendre un vélo (physiquement sur place) est devenue plus compliquée. J’imagine que c’est le prix à payer pour avoir un système harmonisé dans toute la Suisse. PS: Interfaces pas si simple à comprendre que cela

Yes, it's that bad

Don't ask for my location. I'm not sharing it, please let me use the app anyway without using my location. Oh, I cannot use my Publibike account? I have to make a new one? Let me carefully craft my password to be exactly between your useless, arbitrary and obnoxious 6 to 15 characters long. The app is so bad I might just walk instead

This is so bad it’s not even funny

The user interface is terrible, it is hard to use the service itself, the 100.- deposit is preposterous and the bikes often have defects which make them hard to use.

Une arnaque

Vous payez fr 150.- un abonnement annuel et les vélos ne sont pas entretenus ou ne fonctionnent pas. De plus, après le passage de publibike à velospot, la prise en charge est devenue plus compliquée. Des montants m’ont été facturés de manière erronée, et non pas été remboursés. Plus jamais !

Catastrophique (Octobre 2024)

Cette appli est une catastrophe. Complètement obsolète, l’ancienne version était bien meilleure. Aujourd’hui il y a beaucoup de bugs et on perd du temps.

Schon die Registrierung funktioniert nicht. Passworteingabe und neustes iOS "beissen" sich. Hausaufgaben nicht gemacht.

Arnaque

J’ai payer mon amende et il me redemande de payer mais où va le monde !!!!😡

Mauvaise application

Nul. La connexion Bluetooth fonctionne hyper mal avec les cadenas, donc c’est génial pour louer un vélo. C’est devenu hyper cher, alors que j’avais payé un abo exprès parce qu’il proposait des tarifs intéressants. J’étais super contente avec l’ancienne appli, maintenant c’est mort. Ce n’est pas avec ça qu’on va motiver les gens à utiliser les vélos.

Schlechte Erfahrung von a-z

Leider von a-z eine schlechte Erfahrung. Es hat schon damit angefangen, dass auf dem PubliBike ein QR Code steht welcher auf eine alte App verlinkt. Das Herauslösen des Fahrrads und das retour bringen eine Katastrophe. Funktioniert schlecht bis gar nicht. Andere Nutzer vor Ort haben dies leider auch bestätigt. Daher nehme ich in Zukunft wieder das Auto.
