I am experiencing significant issues with the login process on the Public Gold app. When I try to log in using my PG code and password, I repeatedly receive the following error message:

“Important Notice: To enhance security, all users are required to update their passwords. Please log in and follow the prompt to create a new password. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.”

This is frustrating because I cannot log in to update my password if the system won’t let me log in first!

To resolve the issue, I tried using the “Forgot Password” option several times, but I have not received any TAC number via SMS or email (checked both inbox and spam folder).

Previously, I had no issues logging in with my PG code and password. This new update has made the app completely unusable for me.

Please address this issue urgently and provide a solution so I can regain access to my account. Thank you.
