pulsd - The Best of New York

Website and app is always hit or miss if it will be working.

This app has tons of amazing deals for activities to do at very reasonable costs. My favorite are all the brunches I’ve purchased, which have led me to try so many new restaurants. AND- Pulsd’s customer service is ELITE. They got back to me within an hour on a SATURDAY when I had a small issue. Pulsd is one of my most used apps!

Best thing since sliced bread, and I this is the first time I actually mean that statement!!!!

This is my first time using Pulsed. It seems ok. I can’t wait to try the spa. I’m looking forward to some of the restaurants.

Everything was great, but sometimes the card scanner on your phone doesn’t work so you have to put it in manually.

The app is pretty quick and has so many great options for one to look at. I find the platform and web design a little out of date - especially the font. But that’s me being picky. But I like that they are using Ticket Vouchers as QR Codes. Most important recommendation, the app should upgrade to have it let you use Apple Pay or Google Pay.

I love Pulsd - just wish the user experience was a little better. You’re not able to separate used or expired Pulsd coupons/purchases from ones you haven’t used yet. It gets confusing when you purchase repeat coupons!
