PUMB is your personal mobile banking app, offering a wide range of financial services to make managing your finances convenient and rewarding. With the PUMB app, you can access banking services directly from your smartphone. Open and manage cards with no fees, transfer money, buy currency online, apply for credit, and even pay in installments – all in one place.

Main Features of PUMB:

• Commission-Free Card Opening and Management: Open a “vseKARTA” debit card or a “vseMOZHU Online” credit card through the PUMB mobile banking app, and top up your card.
• Easy Money Transfers: Transfer money from your "vseKARTA" and "vseMOZHU Online" cards using personal funds to other bank cards in hryvnia without any fees, using the recipient's card number or phone number.
• All-In-One Online Banking: Pay utility bills and traffic fines by IBAN or top up your mobile phone.
• Get Credit via Online Banking App: Apply for credit online with a credit limit of up to 500,000 UAH and a grace period of up to 62 days. The maximum loan amount is UAH 500,000. The actual annual interest rate is up to 83.25% per annum. The loan term is up to 24 months. The commission ranges from 1.99% to 2.99%. Details are available in the PUMB app.
• Pay in Installments with service Splachuite chastynamy with the first payment due in a month. The maximum amount is UAH 500,000, the actual annual interest rate is up to 48.31%, and the maximum term is 24 months. No down payment is required. No overpayments for the term from the store.
• Get international money transfers WesternUnion, Payoneer, Ria, and MoneyGram with no fees.
• Open Deposits in the PUMB app.
• Save with MoneyBox: Interest rate on the balance of funds in the card account is 5% per annum.
• Buy Currency Online: Purchase currency without commission in the PUMB app at a favorable exchange rate.
• Receive payments from the state under the eVidnovlennia and ePidtrymka programs through the bank app.
• Simplify your regular transactions by creating templates and setting up auto payments.
• Contactless Payments with Apple Pay.


vseMOZHU Online credit card. The maximum loan amount is UAH 500,000. The interest rate is 2.99% per month after the end of the grace period. The actual annual interest rate is up to 44.28%. The loan term is 240 months with automatic renewal for the same term.

The phrase “Here's money, only profitable” means the ability to use credit funds for various categories of purchases.

The credit limit is set by the banks decision.

Cashback categories are determined individually for each participant and may vary from month to month. To receive cashback from the bank, connect the required categories in the PUMB app before making a payment. To receive cashback from partners, connect the required partner in the PUMB app before making a payment. Detailed terms, restrictions, and exceptions for cashback accrual are available on the PUMB website in the cashback section (pumb.ua/cashback) and in the PUMB app in the Benefits section.

Get bonus 200 UAH: to participate in the promotion, open your first card in the PUMB app and make one payment with it for an amount of UAH 100 or more. The promotion runs from 02.03 to 31.05.2026, throughout Ukraine, including areas under Ukrainian control and not occupied, as well as outside Ukraine. Будь ласка, додайте опції перевипуску та закриття віртуальних карток. Додайте можливість обирати тип платіжної картки - Visa чи Mastercard під час відкриття такої. 

Під час відкриття рахунку (в застосунку), чи з вже наявним рахунком, створіть можливість без відвідування відділення банку, «привʼязати» до рахунку отримання пенсійних виплат. Не всюди є відділення ПУМБ, і не завжди є можливість відвідати відділення щоби перевести пенсійні виплати. Сучасні банки практикують переведення таких виплат «під ключ» за дорученням клієнта. 

Так само створіть можливість інвестувати у військові облігації безпосередньо у застосунку. 
Безумовно, ваші клієнти позитивно оцінять такі зміни.

Но з ранку виявив що банк їх знову списав і в підтримці пишуть що це Bolt списав 2 рази 
Хоча вони не списували , потім кажуть що це вони заблокували їх , по правилам Master Card

При регистрации и открытии карты предоставила документы все полностью и карту открыли. Спустя 30минут требуют повторной, выбрала видео звонок что бы пройти. В итоге недостаточно иметь паспорт и код инн, необходимо загран паспорт или водительское удостоверение. Которое в моменте необходимо. Категорически разочарована. В других банках регистрация быстрее и не нужно по 100 раз проходить верификацию.

Працює як лотерея, із 4х покупок 2 не зарахували, підтримка каже чекати поки партнер звірить дані. А якщо не звірить? Хотілось би бути впевненим у запропонованих умовах, а не сподіватись що все спрацює коректно. Сам процес замовлення через вікно у додатку не дуже зручний, а якщо і кешбеку не буде, то це дарма згаяний час. Потрібно допрацювати цей процес.
