For many years now, Purolator has locked down address structures to what they think address formats should look like. While it is a helpful assist to guide a user into a consistent format, rigidly enforcing that is non-workable and rigid enforcement is what Purolator does. The result then is their own inability to deliver because the sender simply COULD NOT enter address correctly. NOT ALL ADDRESSES IN CANADA FIT YOUR ASSUMED RIGID STRUCTRE. Stop this practice, allow freeform addressing when required. This is idiocy.

Competitiveness is not they are running for. How to track and receive notification by Purolator : chat with a bot give all your jnfo twice and receive only notification by email or sms like it’s 2013. Yes folk no app notification plus no pannel of management of package and no nothing but a super annoying pre-answered response bot.

Current tracking numbers only show up as pending. No status is available. 
All history has been deleted with the update. I only updated the app to see if the status would update. New layout and features make the app worse. Disappointed. Should have left it the way it worked.

This app is pretty much useless now. Never was very good compared to other couriers apps but now won’t work for tracking at all. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Can track shipments directly through Amazon but app reports “shipment not found” when any tracking number provided by retailer is entered.  UPS, FedEx, even Canada Post apps are working fine.

I can't use the app with my vpn on but I can use the website with my vpn... why should I bother with an app then?

I don’t ship with Purolator. For me, too many broken promises and missed deadlines. 

However I do receive from Purolator. 

So who is this app built for? It’s not for recipients, I can tell you that.  You can’t add a series of waybills that you’re tracking. You can’t get in-app notifications. 

Unlike UPS or FedEx you can’t redirect shipments, or event get auto notified when something is destined for your address (when you don’t enter a waybill number). 

Every time I have a shipment sent to me through Purolator I go to look for the app to track and manage it. Then I find the app is missing! “Why… ” I wonder “…do I not have this app installed?”

Then, after downloading and trying to use the app to manage receiving shipments I remember… this app is not built for recipients. 

Save yourself time and energy and just use their website if you have to use their service.

The app is misleading. I wanted to use it to track a shipment that is arriving.  But the app doesn't do that.  It is designed almost entirely for customers who want to send packages out. The name Purolator for the app implies that it assists you with all things related to Purolator, but that's not true.

It will track one package but feed it more tracking numbers and nothing. Work around is delete the app completely and reinstall. Huge flaw that I’m surprised QA didn’t notice??? I assume there is QA?
