I love this app because it makes ordering so simple. I generally order my bowl and leave the house about ten minutes later. When I get to Purple Bowl there it is waiting for me on my way to class!!!

We love using this app as we constantly find ourselves rushing over to have delicious Purple Bowl and love that our order is ready when we arrive. The only thing is that we always forget what the base ingredients of each bowl are so we have to look up the website because they’re not listed on the app. If you add the ingredients to the app, that would be incredibly helpful so we don’t have to toggle between the website and the app. Thank you!

perfect design for what it is!

This app has a nice design and is easy to use and the food is great, but the rewards system is completely broken on the app. Over $20 spent in total and 0 points to show for it. Don’t create a rewards section that does not do anything.

This not accurate. I asked the store manager to look into this. She pretty much ignored me. I’ve spent close to $100 or more. It says I only have 6 points. This version of the app doesn’t accurately capture rewards. Ordering, is easy and seamless. 5 stars once this error is addressed/ fixed.

Could not register in the app, no means of contacting support.

If you are craving a tasty and healthy meal that screams “Chapel Hill Local” Purple Bowl is the spot. Enjoy!!

The Purple Bowl app works great for ordering food but it is very frustrating that the rewards points (a) are not tracked in the app and (b) can not be used to pay for food in the app.
