This app will train you to do 200 pushups in 4 sets of 50 pushups each. You will begin from 5 sets of 20 pushups, and over the course of 10 weeks will increase the effort until you hit 200 pushups.
When you are done, you will be much stronger and have a much better looking body.
When you start a workout, you turn on your favorite music, and the app's audio coach tells you exactly how many pushups to do, when to rest, and when to resume. So far so good

Been following the programme fora few weeks and really enjoying it

Great App

Tough going but worth it!!!

Simply perfect

The best push up app I've found and I've tried a few. If you have motivation and just need guidance on workout days, number of push-ups and reps then this is for you. I've had great results so far and am up to 128 with ease. Highly recommend it.

Love it

I've downloaded many work out app and found that none of them are hard enough but this is not the case for this app. The layout is clear and very user friendly. I would strongly recommend this app if you're looking for more on your workouts!!!

Awesome, increases amount of push-ups at a nice rate. What is really annoying to see is people complaining about it being too difficult, there's a reason, it's because you already need to be fairly competent, otherwise there is another app, made by this same developer, that gets you to that level. There's a reason this is called push-ups xtreme and the beginner one is just called push-ups

Strong app

Very good app. Makes you do a lot of push ups. Push ups are the forgotten old school underestimated exercise.

Useless for beginners

You have to be able to do 20 push ups to start the programme, so forget it if, like me, you can't do one. Not difficult to add a beginner element, but in the meantime if you are a beginner, look elsewhere.

What’s going on?

Just paid and downloaded this app and it’s not working. Can’t register or get into the App at all. Not cool.
